This Wednesday 13th September landed in Átic de Palau Alameda the fideuà of Andrés Gonzalez, considered the “best in the world” by winning the XLVII International Competition of Fideuá held in the capital of the Safor.

The gandinese chef, Andrés Gonzalez, presented the inclusion of his winning recipe in the menu of the Átic de Palau Alameda in a showcooking, with the intention to promote Gandía, at the same time as his dish, in Valencia, as stated Nacho Rees, partner and promoter of the restaurant Palau Alameda.
