Gandia is actively present at the twenty-sixth edition of the International Interior Tourism Fair (INTUR), which runs from 16th to 19th of November.

The main focus of the tourism department is to attract visitors from Castile and León, seeking to expand the tourist offer beyond the famous beaches of the region. The Ruta Borja, a picturesque route of approximately 70 kilometers that crosses the Costera, Valldigna and the Safor, stands out among the proposals, culminating in the charming old town of Gandia, where emblematic monuments such as the Colegiata or the Ducal Palace stand out.

In addition to promoting the Borja Route, sports and active tourism is actively promoted, presenting to visitors hiking routes such as the Marjal and the Aula Natura, the climb to the Archaeological Park of the Castle of Bairén and the Parpalló Borrell Interpretation Centre.

The offer is complemented by the local gastronomic richness, emphasizing the culinary diversity of the region. The participation in INTUR represents a strategic opportunity for Gandía, as it seeks not only to consolidate its presence at national fairs such as this, but also to attract a greater share of Castilian visitors, taking advantage of the relevance of this fair in the Spanish tourist landscape.
