The Tourist Info Network has been reinforced for the summer tourist season, with this service strengthened in various cities within the Valencian province, including Gandía. Turisme Comunitat Valenciana has added more than 35 temporary tourist information points in high-traffic areas. These offices will remain open until mid-September and are spread across different municipalities in Valencia, with Gandía being one of the prominent locations.

Additionally, in collaboration with the municipalities affiliated with the Tourist Info Network, opening hours have been extended, and staff numbers increased to provide better service to visitors during the summer season.

To enhance the tourist experience, the 26th edition of the ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey of the Tourist Info Network’ has been launched from July 1st to September 15th. This survey collects information about visitor profiles and trends, promoting excellence in communication, hospitality, and customer service in tourist destinations. The survey is available in seven languages. In total, the Xarxa Tourist Info of Turisme Comunitat Valenciana consists of 230 tourist information offices and over 20 information points throughout the region, offering a uniform and high-quality service.
