Seventeen restaurants, hand-in-hands with DestíSafor, will offer the possibility to taste unique plates with Gandia’s Scampi as the main attractive, starting the 4th of september and coming to an end the 18th of said month, in an attempt to give the deserved importance to the shellfish that lives nearby Safor’s capital.

The gastronomic menus that use the scampi as star product will share the three key principles of the product: freshness, proximity and quality. Examples of this plates that we will be able to taste in this two weeks are: ham and scampi, smothered scampi, scampi sticky rice, Gandia’s scampi in gabardine or breaded scampi under a bed of aubergine.
