In this event, we come together to support local farmers and promote the cultivation of the ‘Listed Aubergine’ variety, recognized worldwide for its vibrant color, exquisite taste, tender texture, and delicate aroma. Additionally, we are working on a designation of origin project to protect this unique variety and encourage its organic cultivation.
