The regional secretary of Tourism, Francesc Colomer, and the mayor of Gandia, José Manuel Prieto, have signed a collaboration agreement to promote the brand ‘Territori Borja’. The agreement has a budget of 160,000 euros and aims to highlight the influence of the Borja family in the Valencian lands through the creation of content and the interpretation of heritage. Both officials emphasized the importance of this agreement in strengthening Gandia as a unique tourist destination, combining its beautiful beaches with its cultural, artistic, and gastronomic richness, as well as the historical legacy of the Borja family.

The agreement will allow tourists to understand and explore the history of the Borja family in the Valencian region, providing them with an enriching and differentiated experience. It is expected that the promotion of ‘Territori Borja’ will boost tourism in Gandia, highlighting its unique heritage and its identity as a prominent tourist destination in the Valencian Community.
