The Gandia Smart Tourism Chair has played a prominent role in the first edition of the “Hackathon Campus Salud Gandía” organized by the Polytechnic University of Valencia at the Campus Salud Gandía. The event has involved the participation of almost a hundred students from different universities throughout Spain, interested in the field of innovation in health, well-being and entrepreneurship.
The collaboration of MEDIP HEALTH with the UPV has been fundamental in this hackathon, which lasted 30 hours and allowed participants to develop new scientific and technological competencies with the support of more than 20 experts. The initiative has launched challenges in the field of health with the aim of improving people’s quality of life and transforming the healthcare industry in Europe.
With this initiative, the Gandia Smart Tourism Chair continues to bet on the generation of talent in the field of digital health and innovation, collaborating with entities such as MEDIP HEALTH to promote entrepreneurship and research in this field.
