The tourism department of Gandia, in collaboration with local tourist guides, has launched an exciting initiative aimed at highlighting one of the municipality’s biggest tourist attractions: the Fallas.

According to the tourism councillor, Balbina Sendra, the purpose of this initiative is to allow visitors to discover all the Faller monuments of Gandia through a tour guided by local experts.

Sendra commented: “Our goal is to help tourists appreciate the implicit criticisms of each fault, while providing them with information about the origin, history and evolution of this festival, as well as anecdotes or curious aspects related to the Falles of Gandia”. In addition, he highlighted the growing demand for such thematic experiences among visitors, and underlined the department’s commitment to providing dynamic and educational visits.

The visits will take place from March 15th, the day of the Plantà, at 5 p.m. The following events will take place on 16, 17 and 18, both in the morning and in the afternoon, and the last opportunity will be on the 19th day at 11 a.m.

The tour, which will last approximately 2 hours, will start from Plaza Mayor, where you will explain the Mercat fault, located in front of the City Hall, and will end in Korea.
