The Valencia Turisme brand of the Municipality of Valencia brings together tour operators, travel agents, specialized companies and hotels in its destination presentation.
Valencia Turisme, the tourism brand of the Municipality of Valencia, presented in Amsterdam the tourist offer of the province to professionals in the sector and specialized media. This day of direct promotion and networking also had the participation of the Hotel Oliva Nova Golf in Valencia.
The activity, developed in collaboration with Turespaña, included the presence of tour operators, travel agents, specialized companies and hotels, as well as tourist entities from all over Spain. These participants were able to get to know the province of Valencia in depth as a tourist destination, highlighting especially its offer of sun and beach, which is very attractive for the market in the Netherlands.
Workshop in Zaragoza
In addition, Valencia Turisme participated actively in the workshop organized in Zaragoza by the Valencian Business Association of Travel Agencies (AEVAV), together with the Mancomunidad del Rincón de Ademuz, where professionals from local travel agencies met.
The tourist brand of the Municipality of Valencia collaborates with AEVAV this year in a total of seven meetings of this type across the country. According to Pedro Cuesta, Deputy of Tourism of the Municipality of Valencia, these events “contribute enormously to bringing the tourist offer of the province closer to the travel agencies, which are direct prescriptors for much of the end consumers of the touristic experiences that our territory offers”.
