Pedro Cuesta, Deputy of Tourism of the Diputació de Valencia, highlighted the importance of this event as part of the summer campaign, allowing the public to know the options and experiences that the province of Valencia offers for their holidays, including its 37 beaches with blue flag.
Tourists from Bilbao, according to Cuesta, usually spend an average of nine days in Valencian territory during their trips to the Comunitat Valenciana, preferring the transport by car and staying mainly in hotel establishments, attracted by the offer of sun and beach.
