The 6th of September marked the end of the intensive week of Spanish courses for foreign estudents, provided by Gandia’s campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Up to 167 future estudents participated in this intensive course that lasted from the 23th of August until the 6th of September, in an effort to integrate them on the classes given in Spanish.

A great part of this estudents, that come mostly from Europe, finally will take their classes on the UPV Vera’s campus, in Valencia, “… but this is what is beautifull about it. That, aside Valencia, they also get to know Gandia. Because if it weren’t for this course, they would never have come here” stated the International Office director from Gandia’s campus, Michaela Muszynski.

This course, given during 5 hours in the morning, had up to 10 groups depending on the Spanish level of each one of them, varying from A1 to B2, although it wasn’t limited to study, as there were cultural activities scheduled for the evening, as city trips or paella courses.
